Terms and Condition
In case of renting,25.00 € is charged for administration fees. Renting confirmation are only approved when a deposit is wired to our account. This deposit, 20% of the total amount, has to be wired maximum 7 days after your reservation.
Keys are given on your arrival after balance payment by cash or wire. Keys must return the same way they arrived. The flat must be returned the same way it was rented out, otherwise 50.00 € will be charged for a cleaning.
In Case of Cancellation
30 days or more before arrival, only administration fees will be charged.
20 to 29 days before arrival, 25% of the renting contract will be charged.
10 to 19 days before arrival, 50% of the renting contract will be charged.
from 9 days before arrival, 100% of the renting contract will be charged.
